What you'll do

• Prepare meals using standardized recipes and dietitian-developed menu cycles
• handle and store food safely
• maintain clean and safe workspaces and equipment
• supervise culinary staff when the Chef or Certified Dietary Manager is absent
• monitor trays and report resident menu acceptance
• assist with inspection preparation and assigned training.
