What you'll do
- Assists nursing staff with basic patient care, personal hygiene, activities of daily living, and mobility.
- Maintains a safe and clean environment.
- Transports medications as authorized by Pharmacy Services.
- Correctly identifies patients before care.
- Reports patient changes to primary caregivers.
- Collects and documents vital signs, intake, and output.
