What you'll do

• Develop multi-year operational strategies
• align manufacturing plans with commercial, capital, and workforce planning
• lead capital investment, product introduction, and modernization planning
• oversee daily production operations and performance indicators
• lead operations in a union environment
• manage workforce planning and shift structures
• direct production and engineering teams
• improve yield and reduce process variability
• support troubleshooting
• promote safety
• ensure OSHA, EPA, and PSM compliance
• collaborate on quality systems and corrective actions
• coach leaders and develop succession plans.
