What you'll do

• Research and respond to inquiries about group life insurance, survivor benefits, eligibility, claims, and processing
• determine insurance eligibility and beneficiary benefits
• review employer premium billing
• communicate with benefit recipients
• process pre- and post-death benefits and required minimum distribution payments
• identify discrepancies
• coordinate with other units
• and support reporting and related unit work.
