What you'll do

• Obtain patient vitals and medical history
• prepare patients for exams
• perform X-rays in an urgent care setting
• explain procedures and treatments
• perform ordered tests
• administer prescribed medications and treatments according to procedure
• draw blood and prepare laboratory samples
• perform lab tests and quality controls
• conduct drug screening
• document immunizations
• coordinate referrals and pre-certifications
• prepare exam rooms and sterilize instruments.
