What you'll do

• Resolve escalated support requests and complex technical issues
• troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, networking, server, and cloud problems
• configure and support Windows Server environments
• assist with Hyper-V, networking, security, and SonicWall firewall tasks
• support Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Datto BCDR, and SaaS Backup
• mentor Level I technicians
• document and escalate tickets and maintain client documentation.
