Job overview

The Barista role is onsite in Villanova, PA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pay is $17–$18 per hour. The position supports CulinArt’s dining service at the Academy of Notre Dame. The barista prepares and serves coffee, espresso drinks, and related food and beverage items while following food-safety and quality standards. The role contributes to a smooth dining experience through accurate orders, courteous customer service, clean work areas, and attractive food displays.

What you'll do

• Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes
• enter orders into the POS and accept payments
• replenish supplies
• follow HACCP standards and approved recipes
• maintain sanitation and equipment
• greet and serve customers efficiently
• explain menu items
• relay customer concerns to supervisors
• merchandise and present food attractively.
