The HVAC Apprentice / Helper role is onsite in Lemont, IL. Compensation is $18–$24 per hour, with raises as skills and certifications are gained. Keefe HVAC serves residential and commercial customers across Chicagoland. The apprentice assists experienced technicians with installation, repair, and maintenance work while learning to diagnose and service heating and cooling systems. The role builds practical trade skills and supports technicians on job sites and in customer interactions.

What you'll do

• Assist technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance
• learn to diagnose and service heating and cooling systems
• help move, load, and set up equipment and tools
• keep job sites and service vehicles clean and organized
• learn to read job orders and communicate professionally with customers
• take on more responsibility as skills develop.
