What you'll do

• Receive and review case managers’ timesheets and progress notes
• monitor completion of assessments, service plans, reviews, and case notes
• submit timesheets according to billing requirements
• complete weekly employee performance reports
• train and consult with case managers
• provide problem-solving assistance on difficult cases
• perform other related duties as assigned.
