What you'll do

• Conduct apartment tours
• respond to leasing inquiries
• follow up with prospective residents
• prepare leases, renewals, and resident documents
• assist with move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and orientations
• maintain resident files
• support marketing and community events
• coordinate maintenance work orders
• assist with rent collection, notices, and administrative duties.
