What you'll do

• Conduct safety and security patrols
• monitor guest activity and potential hazards
• assist with bag inspections, credential checks, and access control as assigned
• respond to incidents and emergencies following procedures
• coordinate with supervisors and emergency responders when needed
• assist with crowd management, traffic direction, opening and closing procedures, and evacuations
• provide guest information and assistance
• complete incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation.
