What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• provide medication reminders and monitor vital signs
• report health changes
• prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• provide companionship and emotional support
• perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment
• assist with transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities when required
• document care and communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
