What you'll do

• Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, meals, hygiene, dressing, and bathing
• collect specimens and record intake and output
• take temperature, pulse, and respiration as directed
• observe residents and report changes to the Charge Nurse
• participate in bowel and bladder rehabilitation and care planning
• maintain equipment and assigned areas
• follow safety, security, fire, and confidentiality procedures.
