What you'll do

• respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
• educate customers about insurance options through needs-based reviews
• develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses as required.
