Medical Scribe — Pain Management

The Medical Scribe role is onsite at the Southside Clinic in Fleming Island, FL, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Document patient encounters in real time, including histories, exams, diagnostics, labs, treatment plans, prescriptions, and discharge instructions
• enter information into the EHR
• assist with labs, radiology reports, and provider orders
• interact professionally with patients and staff
• comply with HIPAA and HOPCo policies
• support care coordination and help train other scribes and staff.
