What you'll do

• Lead state and local tax strategy
• develop tax profiles and model obligations for projects
• advise on ownership, leasing, financing, and entity structures
• manage property tax strategy, valuations, appeals, and abatements
• evaluate sales and use tax treatment and exemptions
• negotiate and manage economic development incentives
• support site diligence and transactions
• estimate project fiscal impacts
• monitor tax policy
• oversee compliance, audits, documentation, and external advisors.
