The role combines hands-on assembly, technical troubleshooting, customer service, and order processing to meet customer specifications and maintain safe, organized work areas.

What you'll do

• Serve counter and phone customers
• fabricate hose assemblies to customer specifications and company standards
• maintain a safe, clean, organized showroom and assembly area
• diagnose technical issues
• provide product and availability information
• process counter orders in the ERP system
• support product selection and delivery inquiries
• communicate significant customer and supplier issues to the Retail Sales Manager
• complete assigned training and certifications.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED required. One year of basic warehouse equipment and procedures is preferred. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand and walk throughout work hours, and obtain and maintain forklift certification. Schedule is full-time with an eight-hour shift.
