What you'll do

• Provide front-line safety oversight and lead daily safety talks
• maintain working knowledge of assigned job functions
• coordinate supplies and raw materials with relevant teams
• coach, train, mentor, and audit team members
• inspect work and support correction of quality concerns
• assist with changeovers and adjustments
• use hand and power tools
• record production information
• select machine-control programs
• perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot compliance or equipment issues.
