What you'll do

• Deposit and record payments
• handle payment disputes and returned payments
• prepare, post, verify, and record accounts-receivable transactions
• reconcile accounts with the AR Manager
• prepare financial reports and monthly billing statements
• assist with bank reconciliations
• maintain files and resident-account reports
• research discrepancies and past-due balances
• coordinate documentation with collection agencies
• assist with court-related filing and standard collections correspondence.

Why this role
