Maintenance and Janitorial Technician — Manufactured Home Community

The Maintenance and Janitorial Technician role is onsite in Saint Petersburg, FL, with a 40-hour workweek; schedules may vary and include evenings or weekends based on community needs. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. The role supports the appearance and upkeep of Legacy Communities’ manufactured home community. The technician maintains grounds, common areas, the pool, and clubhouse facilities while handling routine repairs and preventive maintenance. The work also supports resident communication and community operations, including water and sewer troubleshooting and after-hours emergency response.

What you'll do

• Maintain landscaping and common areas
• read water meters monthly
• deliver resident notices
• pick up trash
• clear ice from pathways in winter
• maintain the pool and clubhouse restrooms
• insulate meter pits in winter
• respond to after-hours water and sewer emergencies
• troubleshoot breaks and repair water meters
• perform preventive maintenance, follow-ups, and scheduled safety inspections.
