Plant Design Engineering Intern

The Plant Design Engineering Intern role is onsite in Vancouver, WA; pay is $20–$25 per hour. The intern supports Stratus engineers and designers working on industrial facilities, equipment arrangements, piping systems, and plant layouts. With guidance from experienced professionals, the intern contributes to design documentation, three-dimensional coordination, and project reviews. The work provides practical exposure to plant design and helps project teams coordinate facility systems and deliver active assignments.

What you'll do

• Assist with plant layouts, equipment arrangements, piping drawings, models, reports, and project documentation
• support three-dimensional design and coordination of equipment, piping, access, maintenance, and facility systems
• participate in project meetings, model reviews, site visits, field observations, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
