What you'll do

• Maintain guest rooms, meeting spaces, public areas, and work areas
• repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, laundry, and exterior assets
• perform preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot building and IT systems
• support corporate and brand standards, training, and quality audits
• lead hotel safety procedures
• supervise engineers and technicians
• coordinate outside vendors and contractors.
