What you'll do

• Translate demand, forecasts, production requirements, inventory, and supplier capabilities into purchasing plans
• coordinate with Sales Operations, Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality
• manage supplier production and delivery commitments
• maintain clear-to-build material positions
• identify shortages and drive recovery plans
• evaluate inventory targets and excess exposure
• negotiate pricing, lead times, quantities, and delivery schedules
• maintain procurement data in the ERP system
• communicate material availability and risks.
