The Registered Nurse (RN), Adult Day Services role is onsite in Brattleboro, VT, paying from $42 per hour depending on experience. The nurse augments existing nursing coverage and may provide substitute coverage, helping address participants' health needs and support the program's direct care staff. The schedule is approximately 4–6 hours per week on Monday or Friday during regular business hours, with occasional substitute coverage opportunities.

What you'll do

• Provide routine and preventive nursing care, including health monitoring, medication administration, vital sign checks, and response to participant health needs
• review and document clinical information
• communicate with participants, caregivers, physicians, and care team members
• support direct care staff with health and nutritional needs
• assist with assessments, care plans, and nursing documentation as needed
• provide substitute coverage when mutually available.
