What you'll do

• Manage structural steel erection and related construction projects from planning through completion
• review drawings, specifications, contracts, estimates, and supporting documents
• coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracting needs with field operations
• track progress, costs, commitments, productivity, and financial projections
• coordinate with clients, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, fabricators, and internal stakeholders
• monitor project finances, purchasing, subcontract administration, and billing
• maintain documentation and communicate status, risks, changes, and financial considerations.

Why this role

Requires a four-year degree, at least three years of commercial construction project management experience, and proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office. Direct structural steel erection experience is highly valued; five or more years in the structural steel industry is preferred.
