The Regional Nurse Supervisor — Home Infusion role is based onsite in Birmingham, AL, supporting patients in Hoover and surrounding areas. It is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, 40 hours per week, with flexibility as needed and participation in an on-call rotation. Compensation is not specified. Soleo Health provides complex specialty pharmacy and infusion services in homes and alternate care settings. The supervisor administers regional nursing services and coordinates staffing and patient care to support quality clinical services. The role combines skilled nursing care with staff development, clinical oversight, documentation and scheduling coordination, and collaboration with nursing and operations leadership.
What you'll do
- Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care and manage physician orders
- select, train, develop, and motivate staff
- ensure orientation, clinical competence, supervisory visits, continuing education, counseling, and evaluations
- ensure timely patient verification, assessment, teaching, and nursing schedules
- oversee accurate patient documentation and billing
- participate in service-center planning and decisions
- coordinate care with schedulers or clinical coordinators
- work with managers on clinical and administrative policies and systems
- maintain professional growth and competence.

Why this role
