The Sales, Service and Marketing Coordinator role is onsite in Tulsa, OK, with normal hours of 7:30 AM–4:30 PM. The stated pay range is $47,000–$60,000 per year. Audio Video Connections designs and installs home theaters, smart-home systems, surveillance, conference rooms, and other audio-video solutions. The coordinator supports customer service, technician scheduling, proposals, marketing, and inventory so projects and customer requests move forward. The role works closely with the owner to turn direction and priorities into completed operational and marketing tasks.

What you'll do

• Answer customer calls and ensure follow-up
• track technician assignments and communicate schedule changes
• prepare draft proposals for owner review
• create social media content and ads, email campaigns, and website updates
• assist with Google Ads and review results
• maintain warehouse and vehicle inventory records
• pull and stage equipment for upcoming jobs.
