The Control Mechanic - Warehouse Automation - Day Shift is an onsite role based in North Scituate, RI. Compensation is $35 to $40 per hour. This role supports the engineering and facilities team at Uline's Connecticut branch. The role exists to monitor and maintain automated conveyor systems and warehouse equipment. The mechanic contributes to operational goals by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring equipment reliability.

What you'll do

  • Maintain and monitor warehouse automated conveyors and systems.
  • Complete preventative maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment including forklifts.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Warehouse Administration, Facilities and Operational teams to ensure equipment runs effectively.
  • Assist with parts management, inspections, repairs and remote troubleshooting.
