Human Resources Generalist

What you'll do

• Conduct HR administration, onboarding, payroll, and benefits activities
• coordinate screening, hiring, orientation, and benefits enrollment
• administer compensation and benefits programs
• maintain employee records and documentation
• assist with recruiting communications and exit interviews
• support legal and regulatory compliance
• respond to employee and management questions
• support training, performance management, and organizational development
• contribute to HR process improvement and special projects.
