• Draft and review vendor contracts, subcontracts, service agreements, and land leases
• manage contract intake, review, approval, execution, amendments, and closeout
• coordinate with Legal on risk and compliance
• respond to contract inquiries
• maintain tracking systems and document repositories
• align execution strategies with project and company goals.

Why this role
