The Early Childhood Lead Teacher — Daycare & Preschool role is onsite in Foxborough, MA, with pay of $23–$25 per hour and a full-time Monday–Friday schedule. The Learning Experience - Foxboro is hiring across Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs, with placement based on qualifications and center needs. The teacher leads a developmentally appropriate classroom, supports children’s language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development, and maintains a safe, welcoming learning environment. The role also includes family communication, documentation, and collaboration with Assistant Teachers.

What you'll do

• Lead an early childhood classroom
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• create play- and exploration-based learning experiences
• support child development
• establish routines and use positive guidance
• observe and document development
• mentor and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
• communicate with families
• maintain a safe, organized classroom
• and follow Massachusetts EEC requirements.
