What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transfers, and ambulation
• obtain and document vital signs, intake/output, and specimens
• assist with treatments, post-surgical care, and basic nursing procedures
• respond to call lights and resident needs
• transport residents within the facility
• maintain clean and hygienic rooms and care areas
• document care and report condition changes to licensed nurses
• participate in quality-improvement and Arizona Management System initiatives.
