What you'll do

• Communicate with patients, caregivers, referral sources, and internal teams
• manage patient intake and verify insurance coverage
• coordinate documentation and service setup for respiratory products and medical equipment
• maintain referral logs and records
• prepare and process CMNs, SOPs, invoices, and delivery paperwork
• assist with office operations, supply monitoring, deposits, and batch reporting
• provide technical assistance for walk-in and retail equipment requests
• may cover on-call, drive a company vehicle, or make home deliveries.
