The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager works onsite in Tracy, CA, at West Valley Mall. Compensation is $17.90–$18.90 per hour. Cherry Hill Programs creates holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families in partnership with retail locations and attractions. The assistant manager supports the Local Manager in leading seasonal photo operations, developing the team, and delivering sales and service results. The role helps ensure families have a memorable Santa visit and photo experience through operational preparation, guest support, and team coordination.

What you'll do

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment
• support opening preparations including inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests choose souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• lead by example and reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
