Accounts Receivable & Route Reconciliation Specialist

Job overview

The Accounts Receivable & Route Reconciliation Specialist role is onsite in Tacoma, WA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and a noon–1 p.m. lunch; occasional overtime may be required. Pay is $23–$25 per hour. The role supports the Finance team at Olympic Eagle Distributing.

What you'll do

• Reconcile daily delivery routes, invoices, cash, checks, and other payments
• assist drivers with reconciliation issues
• process customer payments and resolve discrepancies
• monitor receivables and follow up on overdue accounts
• process adjustments, refunds, and account updates
• prepare deposits and monthly reports
• complete month-end AR processes
• and provide backup support for front desk and administrative roles as needed.
