Senior Field Support Technician

What you'll do

• Provide customer service by phone and occasionally in person
• learn and share technical information and documentation about equipment, systems, and controls
• interpret electrical schematics and installation and flow diagrams to advise on operation and troubleshoot issues
• use SAP, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools for orders, service records, and communications
• occasionally visit customer facilities to observe equipment, perform minor repairs, and deliver parts or components
• attend trade shows occasionally
• maintain technical service manuals and instrument calibration listings
• occasionally assist Engineering with lab testing of equipment and customer-submitted compounds.

Why this role
