Direct Support Professional

The Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Hubbardston, MA, with a schedule of Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday from 3 PM–11 PM. Compensation is $20.81 per hour without MAP certification or $21.85 per hour with MAP certification. The professional advocates for individuals served, implements Individual Service Plans, and assists with daily living and household tasks. Support with appointments, community participation, and training helps individuals pursue quality of life and personal goals.

What you'll do

• Advocate for individuals served

Why this role

Hiring bonus of $5,000 is paid in installments after training and at 3, 6, and 12 months. A $1,500 referral bonus is listed for current staff. High school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.
