What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support
• lead searches for complex or hard-to-fill technical roles
• maintain requisitions in Paylocity and job boards
• conduct phone screens and document assessments
• track pipelines
• build candidate pools
• support employer branding and process improvements
• ensure compliance with employment law and company policy.
