Registered Nurse — Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

The Registered Nurse — Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities role is onsite in Albuquerque, NM. Pay is $38–$44 per hour. Great Livin’ LLC provides services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through home- and community-based waiver and ICF-IID programs. The nurse assesses and monitors residents’ health needs, coordinates medical follow-up, and documents care in accordance with organizational and New Mexico program standards. The role also trains and supports care staff and helps ensure residents’ health needs are addressed across their care teams.

What you'll do

• Complete nursing assessments, discharge summaries, and periodic reports
• create and update health care and risk-management plans
• train and delegate to HCC staff
• review appointment forms and medication records
• update health-service documentation
• communicate medication changes and follow-up needs
• respond to health-related incidents
• attend care and management meetings
• coordinate with medical providers and agencies
• participate in pharmacy reviews
• train and oversee CMA staff.
