What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out access-control procedures and site policies
• monitor entry points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct authorized individuals
• respond to incidents and escalate concerns according to site procedures
• conduct facility, trailer yard, parking, loading dock, and perimeter patrols
• and document access activity, incidents, and observations for supervisors and site contacts.
