What you'll do

• Support ACH, RTP, FedNow, Zelle, Bill Pay, online banking, and other payment channels
• research and resolve returns, rejects, exceptions, settlements, reconciliations, adjustments, and posting issues
• administer ACH activities and client maintenance
• apply network rules, regulations, and controls
• monitor fraud and compliance concerns and escalate findings
• support OFAC payment review
• assist with program, procedure, control, implementation, audit, and training improvements
• maintain accurate documentation.
