What you'll do

• Review daily test schedules, plans, and safety requirements
• install and verify sensors, wiring, and data acquisition systems
• perform pre-test checks and routine calibration
• support crash test execution and accurate data capture
• diagnose instrumentation issues
• assist with teardown, data review, and archiving
• fabricate or modify fixtures and brackets
• maintain test records
• conduct standard tests
• operate lab equipment safely
• troubleshoot equipment to component level
• perform preventive maintenance on test equipment and sensors.
