Human Resources Manager

What you'll do

• Help build and run onboarding, including orientation, training, and follow-up
• coordinate recruiting with hiring managers and external recruiters
• help employees understand benefits
• serve as an employee contact and escalate serious concerns
• partner with ownership on HR matters
• support recognition, events, and communications
• coordinate employee records and HR paperwork with the office manager and accounting team. Payroll is handled by others.
