What you'll do

• Respond to telephone, secure-message, and online-chat inquiries
• process account requests and resolve issues
• troubleshoot online banking access
• research card and ACH issues
• verify caller information to protect sensitive data
• maintain knowledge of credit union products and services
• follow up on member issues
• assist managers with contact-center opening and closing processes.

Why this role

Approximately 40 hours weekly; weekday availability between 8 AM and 5 PM and rotating Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM, with weekday time off when working Saturday. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of financial-institution customer service experience.
