What you'll do

• Receive and process requests for patient health information
• safeguard confidential information and apply medical privacy regulations
• maintain patient health records
• prepare charts and assemble records accurately
• create digital images for electronic medical records
• retrieve and transmit records appropriately
• answer inbound and outbound calls
• assist with walk-ins and administrative duties as needed
• meet site productivity expectations.
