What you'll do

• Lead community marketing, leasing, and sales strategies
• qualify and nurture leads
• conduct tours and follow up with prospects
• use CRM and Yardi to document leads and manage leasing activity
• execute outreach marketing events and manage social media
• inspect show quality and communicate maintenance needs
• support daily leasing operations and resident satisfaction
• after community stabilization, attend planning sessions, coordinate events, organize supplies, and manage on-site vendor relationships.
