Regional Vice President, Property Management

The Regional Vice President, Property Management role is hybrid, based in either the Chicago, IL or Philadelphia, PA office, with four in-office days and one work-from-home day per week. The annual salary range is $150,000–$190,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. The role leads regional property management for Bridge33 Capital, a real estate private equity firm focused on open-air retail real estate. The position oversees property managers and assigned portfolios, driving property performance and operational improvement. It guides regional planning, budgets, staffing, capital programs, and property operations while supporting the company’s investment and asset strategies.

What you'll do

• Direct regional property management toward company strategy and annual goals
• develop strategic plans and financial updates for assets
• improve operations, curb appeal, revenue, and expenses
• oversee budgets, forecasts, staffing, and capital plans
• serve as the primary contact for regional property managers
• evaluate capital improvement requests
• oversee maintenance, security, janitorial, and landscaping
• support employee development and performance management
• coordinate with internal teams and acquisitions.
