Assistant Community Manager

The Assistant Community Manager role is onsite in Los Gatos, California, and requires Tuesday-through-Saturday availability. The stated pay range is $27–$31 per hour. The assistant supports the Community Manager in maintaining occupancy and carrying out marketing programs, while coordinating resident relations, administrative work, and communication with vendors, tenants, staff, and ownership.
