The Kitchen Support Staff role is onsite at Vanwey Dining Hall on Tinker Air Force Base in Del City, Oklahoma; the listing location is Oklahoma City, OK. Compensation is $17.75 per hour. DRTC’s food service team supports dining operations while advancing its mission of employment, training, and support for individuals with disabilities. The role contributes to a safe, clean, and welcoming dining environment by preparing and serving food, maintaining sanitation, and supporting dishwashing and kitchen operations. Duties may also rotate to ware washing, clipper, or grounds support responsibilities to help daily operations run efficiently.

What you'll do

• Prepare, portion, label, store, and rotate food according to recipes and food safety standards
• serve customers
• clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, utensils, service areas, and dining spaces
• monitor and restock supplies
• operate ware-washing and clipper equipment
• wash, sanitize, dry, and store dishes and cookware
• complete end-of-shift cleaning
• attend required training and meetings.
