The Customer Advocate, Dealership Operations role is onsite in Avon Lake, OH. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour. Carvana is a used automotive retailer focused on improving the car-buying and vehicle pickup experience. The advocate welcomes customers at the dealership, completes paperwork and records thorough notes in the customer tracking system. The role also addresses customer questions and minor vending-machine issues while supporting safe vehicle handling and a positive pickup experience.

Why this role

Requires at least two years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver’s license and age 21 or older. Candidates must obtain or be able to obtain a local notary within 90 days; weekends are required and availability across all seven days is requested.
